My son attended a bar mitzvah at the venue and brought some valuable football cards in his backpack, which he checked at the coat check. Upon leaving the party, he realized the cards were not in his backpack. He was absolutely devastated so I reached out to the club and initially spoke with Kelly. She was so incredibly helpful and kind! Then I spoke with Malcolm, who was also took the report very seriously and reviewed all of the security camera footage. It was a giant mystery since nothing showed up on the footage… Until we discovered the cards had been lodged between the seats in the dark car while my son was throwing things around, looking for them! Crisis averted!! However, this does not minimize the fact that the staff was eager to help us, not remotely dismissive, and truly cared that the issue was resolved. If I didn’t already have a venue for my son’s Bar Mitzvah, I would absolutely consider 4Sixty6!!
